Valid only on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Students enjoy 20% OFF all massage services when attending on any Tuesday or Thursday!

Important Terms:

✅ Discount Eligibility: Offer applies only with presentation of a valid physical student ID card on arrival. If you cannot provide a valid ID, the full standard price will be charged and the discount cannot be applied.

✅ Deposit Requirement: A 50% booking deposit is still required at the time of booking. This deposit is calculated based on the discounted price (after the 20% student saving has been applied).

✅ Payment Rules: Failure to pay the required booking deposit will result in automatic cancellation of your reserved slot.

🕒 While you are booked for your allotted time slot, your massage may finish slightly early. This allows us time to fully clean and reset the treatment room, ensuring everything is ready and perfect for the next client.

We are proud to offer 20% off all massage services for serving personnel, veterans and reservists with a valid Armed Forces ID badge. Excludes the Friday offer and cannot be used with any other discount. ID must be shown on arrival.

Booking & Refund Policy

Booking & Deposit Requirements

To confirm an appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your dedicated appointment slot and covers administrative and opportunity costs associated with reserving time exclusively for you.

Cancellations Made by the Client

Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit paid, the 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation made by you — regardless of notice period. This policy is in place because late or last-minute cancellations frequently leave reserved time unfilled, creating irrecoverable loss of service availability and impacting the smooth operation of our practice. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and business.

Cancellations Made by Primal Touch

In the rare event that Primal Touch needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit. We will always aim to provide as much advance notice as possible and offer alternative appointment options wherever feasible.
